Dick Clark to be cremated

The family of Dick Clark have chosen to cremate the beloved TV mogul’s remains and scatter his ashes in the Pacific Ocean in lieu of a traditional funeral service. The veteran broadcaster, 82, passed away on Wednesday after suffering a massive heart attack. A slew of celebrities, including close friends Kenny Rogers and Betty White, have been paying tribute to the late star, but they will not get the opportunity to bid farewell to Clark at a memorial ceremony – his grieving relatives have chosen to pay their own respects to the late star in their own private, low-key way, according to ETonline.com. –WENN //
