Cornyn, Hutchison promise to vote against the Buffett Rule

The White House is shining a spotlight on the ?Buffett Rule? this week, trying to focus public attention on the tax rates paid by the wealthiest Americans in advance of a Senate vote on the measure next week. But Texas' two senators aren't worried. Instead of buckling to White House pressure, they are proudly stating their opposition to the Buffett Rule, which sets a minimum effective tax rate of 30 percent for individuals earning $1 million or more per year.
