In a bold move in front of numerous potential witnesses, a thief plunged a constable’s Mobile Command unit in the dark following Wednesday night’s fireworks show at Roman Forest’s city park when he walked off with a portable generator. The daring crime occurred about 9:20 p.m. July 4 as spectators left the Roman Forest Independence Day Celebration Fireworks Show, Montgomery County Police Reporter says in detailed story on its website.
